VISA Debit Card
Experience the ultimate in financial convenience with Water & Light’s VISA Debit Card! Use your card to make in-store purchases or withdraw cash from an ATM. When you use your VISA Debit Card funds are withdrawn directly from your Share Draft Account. This card provides you with instant account access whenever and wherever you want.

We suggest you choose “credit” rather than “debit” for your security and convenience when using your Water & Light VISA Debit Card. It will work the same way – money will be taken from your account as if you were writing a check – with a few key differences that work to your advantage. For one, if you choose “credit,” you won’t have to remember or enter your PIN. Secondly, your money will remain in your account on deposit for a longer time than with the automatic withdrawal of debit. That way, you can continue to accrue interest and keep your funds longer, and Water & Light Credit Union won’t receive a network processing fee. That saves your credit union money and allows us to continue to offer VISA Debit Cards at no additional costs to our members.

The days of waiting in line are over. With Direct Deposit you don’t have to spend your valuable time driving to the credit union on payday, looking for a place to park and standing in a teller line. Your paycheck is automatically deposited to your Water & Light account. Sign up for Direct Deposit and be wait-free and worry-free.

Payroll Deduction
Already have Direct Deposit set up elsewhere? Sign up for Payroll Deduction to have a portion of your paycheck coming to the Credit Union on payday. Designate a set amount to be automatically deducted from your paycheck and put directly into your Share Account or set up loan payments.
